1、應(yīng)先對下層進行處理。去除原有的防水材料，把浮土水泥清理干凈，要求外觀平整干燥。

2、鋪貼屋頂防水涂料。在做屋頂防水處理的下層上刷一層屋頂防水涂料（百度搜索排名），鋪一層防水聚酯布，然后再重復(fù)涂刷一次防水涂料，完全干燥后再整天涂刷一遍屋頂防水涂料，屋頂防水處理才算做完。屋頂防水涂料應(yīng)刷均勻，防水布與屋頂防水層封閉精密，不能有漏刷，起鼓和脫落的征象，否則會影響屋頂防水結(jié)果。

若選用聚氨酯做屋頂防水涂料，一般不用加防水布，只要反復(fù)涂刷2-3遍就可以了。由于聚氨酯涂料自己可以形成彈性的保護膜，具有肯定的耐拉力性能。為了進步屋頂防水結(jié)果，可以鋪貼一層聚酯布，但費用會有所增長。

3、做“蔽水”實驗，蔽水試驗是檢驗室內(nèi)屋頂防水質(zhì)量的緊張檢測手段。在屋頂防水工程做完后，封好門口及下水口，在室內(nèi)蓄滿水達到肯定液面高度，24小時內(nèi)液面若無顯明降落，即為合格。

蔽水試驗完成后，在屋頂防水涂料層上再做一層水泥砂漿保護層，細致不要破環(huán)已做好的屋頂防水涂料層。等水泥砂漿保護層干透后，就可以在上面鋪貼墻地磚或噴刷涂料，進行正常的裝飾裝修了。
